So, I've been wanting to try to do digital art and I'm not sure what program to use, So! I was wondering what programs you guys use! and what program you think is the best! I'd prefer it to be a free program but paid ones are fine to!

I like a guy, he likes me, but he has a girlfriend. I know that he likes her more than me but I doubt that sometimes. I wanna tell him I like him but I don't know if I should. I'm not sure if he would hate me(Or not talk to me) If I told him that I like him. So, I'm not sure if I should tell him or not. Any helps? ♥
